ROOTED FLOWER SHARE
"Sharing cuts from my roots." - Becky
Our flower share models the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) concept. In a CSA, a community of members come together before the start of the season to purchase a "share" of what will be produced in the upcoming season. This investment allows for the purchase of inputs like seed to get the season started, equipment repairs, restocking supplies, infrastructure improvements, etc. Members also share in the risks associated with farming due to pests or unfavorable weather conditions. In return for the commitment and support, members receive the farm's bounty throughout the growing season.
In our CSA, members buy a "share" of the flowers that we produce each season. As a shareholder, you will receive a weekly bouquet featuring the season's best of what is blooming. Weekly newsletters are sent via email that detail the flowers in the week's share along with care tips, announcements, and happenings around the farm. Pick-ups are at the farm on your choice day.
By purchasing direct from our farm, members support their local economy, build community support, foster personal connections, and gain knowledge and satisfaction from connecting to the land.
